I won big on screen shows my balance £1037 then on the gambling history it shows £665 like my money just gone missing, then they say you have to prove it and even when you do they don’t wanna refund everything you lost

Withdrawal system is shocking for 2019! Plenty of other online casinos out there offering same day payout or at the most 24 hours. Avoid people
My first impression of the site was that it’s badly made, and it only got worse from there.
I get emails saying I’ve been awarded free spins, but the games either don’t exist or the spins fail to show up.
Contacting live chat support is a ball ache, you’ll be left waiting for ten minutes only to be ignored, Apparently the messages weren’t being received their end. If that happened once I’d shrug it off, but this happens consistently.
Their response is that it must just be my device( fairly new iPhone) and that no other players have reported these problems, looking at other reviews that Is a blatant lie from casino.com

I am waiting on a large amount of money to be processed, contacted the helpline and used the customer query facility. With money at that amount you would expect a quick processing time… not happy. Yes it’s a scam. They promise you a welcome bonus but it will never arrive. They say the email might arrive in the junk folder. I retrieved the rest of thier emails from the junk folder but the welcome bonus to entice you will never happen. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

So disappointed!!
I withdrew $140.00 seven weeks ago and still have not received anything!! Talked to several customer service reps and they said there’s a “technical issue” What technical issue takes seven weeks to fix?!? Tech dept. is slow there no communication between departments, worst experience ever!! They won’t even offer me an alternative method of payout. Feels like I’ve been scammed. So disappointed!!

Please avoid this company
Won £95 on 30th November and have had to send pics of my driving licence to verify my account. Still no money paid out just stalling tactics, any review stating they are timely/easy to deal with must be suspect given what I have seen myself and now read online. I would not have signed up after reading every single review except the obviously false ones, I have used multiple other casinos and money is paid out within the same day at the latest this is a ploy to swell their bank balances and nothing more from what I can see. I have spoken to customer service twice they answered and twice they did not. The times they answered me I was asked to wait. What a joke. This is a common problem across multiple countries. I feel scammed and once I get my money will not be back ever again. Please avoid this company.

Stay Away
I have deposited over 1000 in the last couple of months, finally won 600 on friday, withdraw , on Monday they decided to ask me to verify my income (I’m on benefits but my a family member owes me a big amount of money that she pays me monthly so I use that) not that it should matter because 1. Its my money I can do what I want with it and 2.it wasnt questioned when I was depositing over 1000, only when I want a withdrawal. They keep telling me on chat itll be processed by end of day (each day since friday they said this) I have all screenshots and if it not payed out today I’m taking this further. either they verify me and pay me my winnings or they cant verify me and I’ll take it further to get my deposits back. As they cant have it both ways

I am highly suspicious.
Pretty certain this casino blackjack tables use bots to count cards hit then jump between tables to put odds in dealers favour. Very low win rate compared to other casinos to the point I am highly suspicious.

I was blocked my account for 4 5 years ago. And i just seen you can open your old account again. I just think that maybe i try that again. I wrote to customer service and they says ” we send your case to that department” and it has been 3 weeks right now 😂and i wrote Them 2 times more and nothing happens. From now doesn’t really matter if they can write back or not. And if they are like this about answering customers, what about payments? 🤔 i give one star because of customer service doesn’t wants to back from holiday.

This site is a scam. All the sign up bonuses are faulsly advertised. For example I put in £20 got £20 free. Great however the free £20 is just credits. If you win with it you can not take any of the money out. Its basiclly a bulls*** scam to make you put more in and they apparently match you. But they might aswell give you a piece of paper with £20 scribbled on cause its not functional. You can use it but nothing you win is withdrawable. So its basiclly just a shi*** free to play casino game at that point.

Wow like why even bother?, I signed up and got 50 free spins thought cool I don’t have to deposit anything yet, just as well…. Total SCAM!!
Experienced the same thing as many other people are complaining about. They never pay out. I burned nearly 6k usd on this site and had a big win of 1k. Went to wire transfer it out. Took 4 days for confirmation on their site but at the bank no such transfer were made. Now I’m contact with their support and transaction team saying that they have to get confirmation from their processing centre. It’s been 2 months plus since we have this back and forth emails and nothing has come out of it. Don’t sign up for this site. Total SCAM!!

The reply below (there appears to be no way of posting a reply to their reply in its correct chronological position) requires that I provide this company with additional personal information (eg my email address). Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sent 6 emails asking them to delete expired credit cards from my account and no action even though 2 emails said they would do it. Since you don’t control your own personal info on the site, you’re basically held hostage. Then I tried to make my first withdrawal and have been waiting a week for money to be returned to my Visa card. After requesting withdrawal, site asked for photos of my ID, which I sent even though my account is verified so why do I have to provide ID for each withdrawal?! No confirmation that money is on its way. I think it’s an identity theft site and big big scam. They take your money but don’t pay out. Stay away.

Inefficient customer service

I have submitted all of my identification like requested several times. It is over a month and I still have not received any of my winnings. I even received confirmation that they would be processed this week. When I went on live chat to ask what the delay was I was told my winning were being held again. I feel frustrated and disappointed as of today I the impression I have is that this is just a scam. Hoping I’m wrong as it was fun to think I won something, I shouldn’t be gambling anyway.

Don’t respond to your emails
Their regulations say your withdrawal will take 24 hours. I have been waiting three weeks. Every time l contact them, they have a different reason. They have promised me twice it would be released. Live chat is no help as they are just reading how to reply and they don’t respond to your emails.

Very disappointed
I opened an account with this sit at the start of the month only to be blocked after an hour because of a self exclusion with a linked account. Which in this case was correct. Only problem I have is that I was allowed to deposit £600 to which £300 is still in there. And not at any point has any money been sent back to me. I have been in contact by phone and sent a lot of messages and I literally have had only one reply in nearly a month.
