Total SCAM!!
Experienced the same thing as many other people are complaining about. They never pay out. I burned nearly 6k usd on this site and had a big win of 1k. Went to wire transfer it out. Took 4 days for confirmation on their site but at the bank no such transfer were made. Now I’m contact with their support and transaction team saying that they have to get confirmation from their processing centre. It’s been 2 months plus since we have this back and forth emails and nothing has come out of it. Don’t sign up for this site. Total SCAM!!

Such an irresponsible company!
They use Facebook to dump high-pressure adverts onto the timelines of potentially vulnerable people with a history of gambling problems. Disgraceful! The reply below (there appears to be no way of posting a reply to their reply in its correct chronological position) requires that I provide this company with additional personal information (eg my email address). Like I’m going to hand that over to such an irresponsible company!

Absolutely scam
It’s been two weeks to verify my account every time they make excuses every time they ask for new documents. Now they block all my three accounts. And ask for proof of deposit that I give them but still don’t accepted and they have no reason why they don’t accept it. Absolutely scam they hold my more then £1000. Just stay away.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sent 6 emails asking them to delete expired credit cards from my account and no action even though 2 emails said they would do it. Since you don’t control your own personal info on the site, you’re basically held hostage. Then I tried to make my first withdrawal and have been waiting a week for money to be returned to my Visa card. After requesting withdrawal, site asked for photos of my ID, which I sent even though my account is verified so why do I have to provide ID for each withdrawal?! No confirmation that money is on its way. I think it’s an identity theft site and big big scam. They take your money but don’t pay out. Stay away.

Absolute joke of a company, Avoid Avoid Avoid, won €400 last week, was asked to verify account AGAIN, proof of ID was apparently incorrect even though you could see all details perfectly on the correct page. So I sent them another pic 3 days ago, they’ve stopped replying to my emails. They just want you to spend the money. Much better options out there.

Inefficient customer service
After threatening a chargeback to my credit card of all the deposits I made on this site, I finally received my winnings after 34 DAYS. This is not a site where you can have fun because it’s simply not fun to be tangle up with their slow and inefficient customer service and false promises. Still have not replied
I still haven’t received any payments since my payout request was approved on the 11th of Dec 2020, it’s now the 4th of February. I’ve once again spoken to the operators via my tangiers account and have emailed the accounting team who still have not replied saying that I need to wait yet again another week. This is just a scam
I have submitted all of my identification like requested several times. It is over a month and I still have not received any of my winnings. I even received confirmation that they would be processed this week. When I went on live chat to ask what the delay was I was told my winning were being held again. I feel frustrated and disappointed as of today I the impression I have is that this is just a scam. Hoping I’m wrong as it was fun to think I won something, I shouldn’t be gambling anyway.

Customer service is pointless
I won $800- it’s taken almost 4 weeks to get money. Customer service is pointless- they have no phone so only email. Give you the run around. I’ve used spin palace before got my money in 3 days- so waiting this long is annoying. Not to mention they hardly ever have bonuses.

Don’t respond to your emails
Their regulations say your withdrawal will take 24 hours. I have been waiting three weeks. Every time l contact them, they have a different reason. They have promised me twice it would be released. Live chat is no help as they are just reading how to reply and they don’t respond to your emails.

I definitely don't recommend
I’ve played for the past two weeks, the winning are extremely low regardless of the stake as I tried various amounts. The free spins don’t pay like they do on the same games at various other casinos. Very disappointed
I opened an account with this sit at the start of the month only to be blocked after an hour because of a self exclusion with a linked account. Which in this case was correct. Only problem I have is that I was allowed to deposit £600 to which £300 is still in there. And not at any point has any money been sent back to me. I have been in contact by phone and sent a lot of messages and I literally have had only one reply in nearly a month. Live chat constantly resets and my messages are always been sent to the relevant team supposedly.feel very disappointed and feel like I have been left in limbo. Thanks
